This beachfront luxury private vacation rental has a Primary King with en suite. A 2nd King bedroom and a Bedroom with 2 Twins provide something for everyone. The couch in the Living Room is a quality queen sofa sleeper. Every bedroom has it's own television with a Dish Network package. The en suite bathroom has a glass shower and the 2nd bathroom has a tub/glass shower combination.
Amenities
The private vacation rental condo
- is approximately 1400 sq ft
- includes the massive patio with beachfront views of the gulf
- Sliding Glass Doors in the living room
- Sliding Glass Doors in gulf-side master bedroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances all set in granite counter tops
- Washer and Dryer.
- There are 2 full baths. The primary has en suite bathroom with a shower The second bath has a tub/shower combo as well.
- Sleeps 8, using Queen sofa sleeper in living room.
- The large patio off the living room offers a table with chairs and adirondack to view the beach, and the view and sound of the waves.
Summer House Resort
- is a 14 story building located in Orange Beach approximately 5.8 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores.
- There is a 2 car limit with extremely limited 3rd car lot.
- Summer House has a large sun deck area with outdoor pool.
- The indoor pool area has a whirlpool, dry sauna and fitness room.
- The resort continues across the road with a putting green, tennis courts, outdoor racquetball, basketball, playground and BBQ grilling area.
- No pets.

Some people enjoy the Spring, families love the Summer, Fall is considered the favorite, and Snowbirds love the Winter!
Prices for the beachfront rental is based on the popularity for the time of year.
The Salty Dawn is managed by Coastal South Vacation Rentals.
Coastal South goes a whole other level with freshly cleaned and sanitized spreads, sheets, and towels for each stay.

We have been coming to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for years, and when we were presented an opportunity to own a ground floor beachfront condominium in such a highly regarded resort we couldn't pass it up!
